Whole Wheat Atta Pongal

Whole Wheat Atta Pongal

Description: In every Indian festival, there is a dish that doesn’t just fill the stomach, it fills the soul. Whole Wheat Atta Pongal is one such gem. Traditionally made with rice and moong dal, Pongal is a symbol of prosperity and abundance. But when made with Hathi Brand 100% Whole Wheat Chakki Atta, this humble dish transforms into something even more nurturing, a bowl of golden comfort that brings together purity, health, and heritage. During Indian festivals, food is prepared not just for the family, but for the divine. In many South Indian homes, the day begins with offerings of Pongal to the deity, as the steam rises from the pot and the aroma of ghee and roasted grains fills the kitchen. This version is deeply sattvic, perfect for prasad or regular breakfast, as it avoids overly processed ingredients while preserving the classic flavors devotees love.
