Ingredients

  • 1 cup Hathi Brand 100% Whole Wheat Chakki Atta
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • Warm water as needed
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1 small bell pepper finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sweet corn
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
  • Butter or oil for roasting

 

Method

  • In a bowl, combine Hathi Brand 100% Whole Wheat Chakki Atta, salt, and oil. Add warm water gradually and knead into a soft dough. Rest for 10 minutes.
  • Divide the dough into equal balls and roll them into thin, round flatbreads.
  • Heat a pan and lightly cook each flatbread on both sides. Keep aside.
  • In another bowl, mix onion, bell pepper, corn, chili flakes, herbs, and cheese.
  • Place one flatbread on a heated pan, spread the filling evenly, and cover with another flatbread.
  • Apply butter or oil and roast on both sides until crisp and golden.
  • Cut into triangles and serve warm.
