  • 1½ cups Hathi Brand 100% Whole Wheat Chakki Atta
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Coconut cream (for topping)
  • Fresh coconut slices (for garnishing)


  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
  • Mix Hathi Brand 100% Whole Wheat Chakki Atta, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
  • Whisk together the coconut milk, vegetable oil, sugar, and vanilla extract in another bowl until well combined.
