Ingredients

  • 2 cups Hathi Brand 100% Whole Wheat Chakki Atta
  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 1 cup finely chopped spinach
  • 1 cup grated cauliflower
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed
  • Ghee or oil for cooking

Method

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine Hathi Brand 100% Whole Wheat Chakki Atta with grated carrots, chopped spinach, grated cauliflower, chopped onion, chopped green chilies, cumin seeds, garam masala, and salt.
  • Gradually add water and knead into a soft dough. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • Divide the dough into equal-sized balls and roll each ball into a circle like a chapati.
  • Heat a tawa over medium heat. Place the rolled paratha on the skillet and cook until it is fluffy or bubbles appear.
  • Flip the paratha, drizzle with ghee or oil, and cook until golden brown spots appear on both sides.
  • Repeat the process with the remaining dough balls.
  • Serve hot with dahi, pickle, or your favorite chutney.
